工艺参数对FGH95合金粉末粒度分布分维数的影响

摘  要:讨论了粉末粒度分布的分形表示方法,并利用分形几何理论研究了用等离子旋转电极雾化法制取的FGH95合金粉末粒度分布分维数与工艺参数之间的关系.研究结果表明,FGH95合金粉末粒度呈分形分布,电极转速ω与粉末粒度分布分维数D之间的关系为ω=755.04+322.37D,而等离子体枪与电极棒之间的距离对分维数的影响不大.This paper investigated the fractal method used for expressing the size distribution. The relation between processing parameters and fractal dimension appeared in size distribution of FGH95 powders prepared by plasma rotating electrode processing (PREP) was studied with utilizing fractal geometry theory. The results indicated that the fractal dimension D linearly increased with the increasing of rotating velocity of the selfconsuming electrode ω as is fitted as ω=755.04+322.37D,and the interval between plasma gun and the selfconsuming electrode had little effect on the fractal dimensions.
