小鼠血清甲状腺激素水平与免疫功能的衰老变化

摘　　要：利用放射免疫测定法和免疫功能指标的检测方法研究了 2 0月龄老年小鼠血清甲状腺激素水平和免疫功能的衰老变化 ,并用外源性甲状腺激素胃内给药的方法探讨了甲状腺机能和免疫功能变化间的因果关系 .结果证明 ,老年期甲状腺机能和免疫功能都有明显的衰退变化 ,且二者间存在有明显的因果关系 .Age_related changes of sera thyroid hormone concentrations and immune function were investigated in 20 months old male mice. The results demonstrated that with aging some distinct declines occured in the function of thyroid and immune system and that an obvious cause and effect relation exisits between the decline of thyroid function and the disorder of immune function The disorders of immune function caused by decline of thyroid function may be one of the fundimental processes of aging.
