苯乙烯分散聚合反应制备均一粒径PS微球

摘　　要：在乙醇 /水混合溶液介质中 ,以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂 ,用分散聚合方法制备了聚苯乙烯微球。研究了引发剂浓度、反应温度和单体浓度变化对PS微球粒径的影响 ,实验结果表明引发剂浓度增大、反应温度升高、单体浓度增大都会使导致PS微球粒径增大及粒径分布加宽。The polystyrene particles were prepared by dispertion polymerization using AIBN as a initiator in alcohol/water system. The effects of reaction temperature, concentration of initiator and monomer on the particle size and size distribution were studied, and the results showed that the particle size increased as the reaction temperature, concentration of initiator and monomer were raised.
