斜齿齿轮泵无侧隙啮合困油特性的研究

摘　　要：分析了无侧隙啮合斜齿齿轮泵的端面重叠系数与困油容积的关系,得到了其困油容积、困油流量及瞬时流量随端面转角的变化规律,并首次得到了既不困油也不“串油”的螺旋角范围,对工程应用具有重要的价值。The relation of overlap coefficient of base level and trapping volume of no clearance helical gear pump is analyzed, and the variational rule of trapping volume and trapping flux and instantaneous flux with comer are got. At the same time the range between no trapping and no collude is got. These are quite vital for engineering application.
