摘　　要：为确保三峡工程质量,大型水轮机的转轮、主轴及其他重要大型构件都需要高精度热处理。为此我公司与东方电机公司经5年的论证、建造的13m×12m×7.1m大型高精度热处理炉于2002年5月验收正式投入运行,该炉是目前国内外可查资料中最宽的台车式热处理炉。该炉控温精度、温度均匀性、自控操作水平、节能效果都达到国际先进水平,并对三峡水轮机主轴、转轮等部件进行了整体热处理,经检测所有参数均达到设计高标准要求,得到国外监制技术专家组的一致认可。确保了三峡工程水轮机大型构件的热处理质量。All wheel axle main axle and some big size construction parts of large type hydraulic wheel machine need high accuracy heat treatment in order to guarantee San Xia engineering quality.Therefore our company and Dong Fang electric generator company common reasearch and manufacture large type(13m×12m×7.1m)high accuracy heat treatment furnace during the five years,then formally startup operation in May2002.At present the furnace is widest bogie hearth furnace at home and abroad.All controlled temperature accuracy temperature uniformity and automatic control level of the furnace have been reached the abroad advanced level .The furnace is used for bulk heat treatment of HWM main axle and wheel axle etc big size construction parts in San Xia engineering.Through examine the all parameters reached high standard design requirement and obtained abroad supervis specialist group identical approval.It guarantee hydraulic wheel machine big size construction parts heat treatment quality for San Xia engineering.
