摘 要:研究了通过添加铍,可得到直接暴露在大气中熔炼的镁合金AZ91D。通过金相组织观察发现:当铍的含量达到0 015%时,合金的晶粒度最好,而且具有很好的阻燃性能;同时研究了采用不同的变质剂AZ91D合金进行变质处理。实验结果表明:变质处理的AZ91D合金,组织明显细化,尤其是时效处理后,其力学性能得到大幅度提高,拓宽了合金的使用范围。By the addition of Be,we could get an Mg allay called AZ91D,which could be exposed to the atmosphere when smelted.The results of analysis using microscope indicated that when Be% was raised 0.015%,the magnesium alloy has the finest crystalline grain and fairly excellent ignitionproof effect.At the same time,the influence on the AZ91D through adding the different modification agents were studied on the paper.The experiment results showed that after the modification,the microstructure of AZ91D was refined greatly and more homogeneous and the mechanical properties were obviously increased especially after aging treatment.All of these would make the AZ91D used widely.
