摘  要:水电在电网中可承担许多普通容量完成不了的任务 ,对电网的贡献远超出同出力或同电量的其他容量 ;而目前水电的上网电价大多低于电网平均购电电价。厂网分开后 ,为了更好地分清各类上网容量的价值和作用 ,推荐将上网容量分为一、二类机动容量和普通容量。水能利用专业在电网公司中应围绕机动容量的合理调集使用 ,保证电网安全、稳定运行这一核心开展工作。在发电公司中 ,水能利用专业主要工作为 :典型上网模式的研究 ;厂内优化运行方案的制定 ;水情信息的收集分析和使用研究 ;Hydropower can undertake many tasks in power grid that common power capacity can't do. It contributes to the grid much more than other power generation ways. Hydropower price is mostly cheaper than the average power price in the grid. After power plant has been separated from the grid, it is better to divide up grid capacity into two classes of dynamic and common capacity. In the power grid company, waterpower utilization specialty should ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid by dispatching dynamic capacity rationally. In the power generation company, it should undertake the study on the typical power plant connection with the grid, the formulation of optimal operation scheme inside the plant, the study on the collection, analysis and use of water regime, the calculation of operation indexes of hydropower station and the formulation of the report on economic operation conditions.
