摘　　要：以球形微丸造粒机为试验设备,研究了挤出-滚圆法制备中药微丸的工艺方法,并给出了挤出孔板孔径和摩擦盘齿间距与产品粒径间的数学关联式。通过中药丸剂小金丸的制备,验证了上述工艺方法的可行性和数学关联式的实用性。The preparation of traditional Chinese medicine pellets by extrusion-spheronization was studied with spherical pellet granulators.The formula which describes the relationship among pellet diameter,aperture of extrusion die and interval between teeth on friction plate is proposed.The feasibility of the preparation process and the practicality of the formula mentioned above were confirmed by preparing Xiaojinwan.
