摘　　要：目的　本文采用人血清白蛋白柱下游法对 19例患者精液液化不良精子及 19例精子凝集现象精液精子进行体外优选处理。方法　洗涤后精子在含 7.5 %人血清白蛋白的Earle’s液中下游。结果　两种情况精子优选后精子活动率及a、b级前向运动精子百分率显著提高 ,精子畸形率显著下降 ,并有良好的活动精子回收率。结论　人血清白蛋白柱下游法 ,方法简便稳定 。Objective The sperms in 19 human semens sufferring bad fluidfying and 19 human semens sufferring agglutination among sperms were optimized by down-swimming in human serum albumin(HSA). Methods The sperms which had been washed by Earle's swam down in Earle's containing 7.5% HSA. Results To both of the two states, the activity and the percentage of progressive sperms of a and b grades were increased remarkably, as well as the percentage of abnormal sperms were decreaced remarkably. The returning efficiency of the sperms were favourable. Conclusions The technology of sperm optimization by down-swimming in HSA is tractable , steady and resultful.
