试论水证可以缪刺

摘　　要：古人所云缪刺法不仅在于左病取右 ,右病取左 ,还有更多的内容 ,如广泛而浅表地针刺络脉 ,局部与远端配穴等方法 ,凡属邪在络脉 ,病势漶漫 ,难辨经脉者均可使用 ,水证符合上述病机与症情 ,故可以采用缪刺法。Abstract The thesis points out that the called 'Miao Ci' in ancient China,a kind of acupuncture therapeutics,not noly includes the technique,'needling points contralateral to the side of the body with the disorder',but also has something more ,such as needling collaterals,selecting points distant to the disease area and so on.All that pathogenic factors in collaterals,extensively affected,can apply this method.The fluid retention disease in traditional Chinese medicine is accorded with the indication mentioned above in pathogensis and syndromes,so the therapeutics can be applied to treat it. [
