RP-HPLC测定龙血竭胶囊中龙血素A和B的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立RP HPLC测定龙血竭胶囊中龙血素A和B的含量。方法 :以C18反相键合硅胶为固定相 ,乙腈 1%冰醋酸 (34.5∶6 5 .5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,用外标法定量。结果 :龙血素A在 9.8～ 2 5 0ng范围有良好线性关系 ,r=0 .9996 ,方法回收率为 97.6 8% ;龙血素B在 10 .8～ 2 16ng范围有良好线性关系 ,r =0 .9993,方法回收率为 96 .77%。结论 :本方法是测定龙血竭胶囊中龙血素A和B含量的简便、快速、可靠的定量方法。Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of loureirin A and loureirin B in dragon's blood capsules. Methods :A C_ 18 reverse phase column was used and acetonitrile-1% acetic acid (34.5∶65.5)was adopted as mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 280nm.The external standard method was used for the determination. Results :The standard curves of loureirin A was linear in the concentration range of 9.8～250ng, r =0.9996.The average recovery was 97.68%.The standard curves of loureirin B was linear in the concentration range of 10.8～216ng, r =0.9993.The average recovery was 96.77%. Conclusion :The method was simple, fast and reliable for determination of loureirin A and loureirin B in dragon's blood capsules.
