国产苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症50例

摘　　要：目的 :观察国产苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症的疗效和不良反应。方法 :共治疗 5 0例患者 ,随机分为试验组和对照组各 2 0例 ,开放组 10例 ,试验及开放组口服国产苯溴马隆 5 0mg ,qd ,对照组口服进口苯溴马隆 (痛风利仙 ) 5 0mg ,qd ,疗程均为 14d。结果 :试验及开放组总有效率为 96 .7% ,对照组总有效率为 95 % ,2组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。不良反应轻微 ,试验及开放组发生率 3.3% ,对照组发生率 5 %。结论 :国产苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症疗效确切。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of domestic benzbromazone in the treatment of hyperuricaemia. Methods :50 patients were randomly and equally divided into the test,open and control group.The test and open group were both treated with benzbromazone 50mg, po ,qd for 14 days. The control group were treated with narcaricin 50mg, po ,qd for 14 days. Results :The total effective rate were 96.7% in the test( n =20) and open group( n =10) and 95% ( n =20) in control group( P >0.05).Serious side effects were not observed during the treatment course. Conclusion :Domestic benzbromazone is effective in treatment of hyperuricaemia.
