摘  要:目的 探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在尖锐湿疣损害中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测bFGF在 10例正常人皮肤组织 (包皮 )、2 8例尖锐湿疣损害中的表达与分布。结果 尖锐湿疣组和正常人皮肤组的bFGF阳性表达率相同 ,但前者的阳性表达程度明显高于后者 (P <0 0 5 )。正常人皮肤组织中bFGF阳性细胞主要分布于基底层 ;尖锐湿疣损害中bFGF阳性细胞遍及表皮全层 ,呈现从基底层到棘层、颗粒层阳性表达逐渐增强的模式 ,而位于棘层的凹空细胞表达尤为显著。结论 尖锐湿疣组织细胞可产生和分泌较多的bFGF 。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of basic fibroblastic growth factor(bFGF) in condylomata acuminata (CA). Method The expression and distribution of bFGF in 28 CA specimensand 10 normal human skins (foreskins) were detected by SP immunohistochemistry technique. Results Although there was the same positive incidence of bFGF expression in the two groups, the positive intensity of bFGF expression in CA wassignificantly higher than that in normal skins( P <0 05). The distribution ofbFGF in normal skins was mainly in basal layer, while in CA was throughout theepidermis and of the chatacteristic staining mode of gradually high intensity from basal to spinous and granular layers, and markedly positive in koilocytes located inspinous layer. Conclusion More bFGF is produced and secreted in CA, which may promote epidermal cell overproliferation and new blood vessel formation in dermis as a medium, and may contribute to the pathogenesis of CA.
