摘　　要：COTS (commercialoff-the -shelf)作为 2 0世纪 80年代欧美主要军事大国提出的称为“商用现成技术”这一概念 ,是相对于军用技术产品开发研制而言的。主要讨论COTS技术应用对军用ATE技术开发的影响 ,及为军用ATE带来的经济效益 。COTS(commercial off-the-shelf) has been brought forward by some occident military affairs countries such as USA in 1980s. It is compared with the development of military production. The influence of COTS application on military ATE is discussed, and the economic benefits following it. Some questions are pointed out about the practice instance of applying COTS on military ATE development.
