摘　　要：目的　探讨心脏创伤救治的方法。方法　回顾性分析 95例心脏创伤患者 ,除 14例行保守治疗外 ,其余均分别行急诊或延迟性开胸手术、修复心脏损伤。结果　全组 95例除 3例死亡外 ,其余患者均顺利康复 ,病死率为 3 15 %。结论　及时作出正确的诊断和及时行急诊开胸手术修复心脏破口 ,是救治成功的关键 ;Objective To explore the clinical treatment of cardiac injury.Methods A retrospective review of 95 patients with cardiac injury was carried out.Except 14 patients who were performed the conservative therapy,all patients underwent the acute or delayed thoracotomies for repairing cardiac injury.Results Except 3,all patients recovered.The total mortality rate was 3 15%.Conclusion The early accurate diagnosis and emergency thoracotomy is important to repair the cardiac injury.
