复方鱼腥草颗粒质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的 :制定复方鱼腥草颗粒 (鱼腥草、黄芩、板蓝根、金银花、连翘 )的质量标准。方法 :用TLC鉴别制剂中鱼腥草、金银花、连翘 ;采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果 :TLC色谱中均能明显地检出鱼腥草、金银花、连翘 ;HPLC法测得黄芩苷含量 7.33～ 7.65mg·g- 1 ,平均回收率为 99.1 6 % ,RSD为 1 .0 6 % (n =6)。定性、定量方法简便、准确、专属性强结论 :建立的方法能有效地控制复方鱼腥草颗粒的质量。Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Compound Herba Houttuyniae Granules(Herba Houttuyniae, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Isatidis, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae). Methods: Herba houttuyniae, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae in this medicine were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin in this medicine was determined by HPLC. Results: Herba Houttuyniae, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae could be identified by TLC. The content of baicalin determined by HPLC was 7.33～7.65 mg·g -1 . The average recovery was 99.16% and the RSD was 1.06%( n =6). Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and with strong specificity and can be used for the quality control of Compound Herba Houttuyniae Granules.
