摘　　要：目的　探讨胆道阻塞性急性胰腺炎 (Biliary Obseructuve Acule Pancreatitis,BOAP)的内镜治疗。方法　回顾分析 35例内镜治疗 BOAP的临床资料。结果　治愈 34例 ,1例死于胰周脓肿引流术后 MOF。结论　 BOAP一经确诊 ,即应积极行内镜治疗 ,同时配以中西医结合治疗 ,防止急性胰腺炎 (AP)Objective To investigate endoscopic theropy of Biliary Obstructive Acute Pancreatitis(BOAP).Methods 35 Cases with BOAP who underwent endoscopic theropy were retrospectively analysed.Results Good results were observed in 96%(34/35),death in 4%(1/35)secondary to pancreatitis abscess and MOE.Conclusion In BOAP ,the endoscopic theropy should be performend as early as possible,the combination of endoscopic theropy and traditional Chinese Medicine will reduce the risk of the severe acute pancreatitis.
