摘　　要：通过对锻造加热炉炉门破损原因的分析 ,制定了延长炉门使用寿命的技术措施 ,研制了密度低、抗热震性高的耐火浇注料。通过实际应用 ,取得了延长炉门使用寿命 2 .Based on the damaging analysis of forge heating furnace gate, the technology measures are made to prolong the service life of the furnace gate. The castable is manufactured, which has low density and high thermal shock resistance. The industrial application is carried out. Satisfactory results have been acquired and the service life of the furnace gate has been prolonged 2.1 times.
