基于碳质印刷电极电化学发光分析法测定四环素

摘　　要：基于碱性介质中的荧光素(fluorescein)在碳质印刷电极上的弱电氧化化学发光信号可被四环素增敏,建立了测定四环素的高选择性电化学发光分析新方法.在实验所建立的最佳条件下,该方法测定四环素的线性范围为1.0×10-6～3.0×10-4g/mL,检出限为7 0×10-7g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.4%(n=11;c=1 0×10-5g/mL).该方法已应用于片剂四环素样品的分析.It is found that the weak ECL signal, generated from electrooxidation fluoresce in on the surface of the screenprinted carbonbased electrode, is greatly enhanced by the tetracycline. Based on this observation, a selective ECL method for the tetracycline is put forward. Under the optimum experimental conditions developed, the detection limit of tetracycline is 7.0×10-7g/mL, and the linear range for detention tetracycline is 1.0×10-6～3.0×10-4g/mL with the relative standard deviation of 2.4%(c=1.0×10-5g/mL,n=11).
