RP-HPLC法测定注射用哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立RP HPLC法测定注射用哌拉西林钠 /舒巴坦钠含量。方法 :采用C18柱 ,以缓冲液 (取四丁基氢氧化铵 13 2ml,加水稀释至 90 0ml,用 1mol/L磷酸溶液调节pH至 5 0 ,加水稀释至 10 0 0ml) 乙腈 (65∶3 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 3 0nm。结果 :本方法线性关系良好 ,哌拉西林和舒巴坦回收率分别为 99 71%和99 91% ,RSD分别为 1 13 %和 0 45 %。结论 :该法简便 ,为注射用哌拉西林钠AIM:A simple reversed phase HPLC method was developed for the content of Piperacillin sodium/Sulbactam sodium for Injection. METHOD:The sample was analysed on C 18 column, with a moble phase of 0 005 mol/L tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide (pH 5 0) CH 3CN(63∶35) at the detection wavelength of 230 nm and the flow rate is 1 0 mol/min. RESULT:This method had good linear relationship. The average recoveries of Piperacillin and Sulbactam were 99 71% and 99 91% respectively and the relative standard deviation of the repeatability was 1 13% and 0 45%. CONCLUSION:This method was simple and good for the determination of the content of Piperacillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection.
