复方益血胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1定量分析方法研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立复方益血胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的定量分析方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,采用μBondpackC18柱 ,以乙腈 /水 (2 3 / 77)为流动相 ,流速 1.0ml/min ,检测波长为 2 0 3nm ,柱温 3 0 .0℃ ,灵敏度 :0 .0 2AUFS。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1含量在 0 .3 85～ 4.62 0 μg/ml呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率 98.14% ,RSD 1.62 %。 结论 :本法简便、分离及重复性好 ,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。AIM:To establish a HPLC method to determine the active constituent Ginsenoside Rg 1 in Yixue Capsules. METHOD:The analysis was carried out on C 18 column by HPLC. The mobile phase is CH 3CN-H 2O(23∶77). The flow rate was 1 ml·min -1 and it was detected at 203 nm. The column temperature is 30℃ and the sensitivity is 0.02 AUFS. RESULT:The average of recovery was 98.14% and RSD 1.62%. and had a good linear relationship during Ginsenoside Rg 1 of 0.385～4.62 μg/ml. CONCLUSTION:This method is simple and rapid. The result was more satisfactory.
