HPLC法测定常药降压片中两组分的含量

摘　　要：目的 :采用HPLC法分离常药降压片中硫酸双肼屈嗪、氢氯噻嗪、盐酸可乐定三组分 ,并对前两种组分进行定量分析。方法 :色谱条件为 :KromasilC18色谱柱 ,流动相为 60mmol/L磷酸二氢钾 甲醇 乙腈 (9∶1∶0 5 ) ,流速 1ml/min ,检测波长为 2 74nm ,线性范围 :硫酸双肼屈嗪 99 4～ 496 8μg/ml,r =0 9998;氢氯噻嗪 80 0～ 40 0 0μg/ml,r=0 9999。 结果 :硫酸双肼屈嗪、氢氯噻嗪加样回收分别为 99 64 %和 10 0 3 8% ;RSD %均小于 0 5 %。AIM:The contents of dihydralazine sulfate, hydrochlorothiazide and clonidini hydrochloride in ChangyaoJiangya Tablets were separated and measured by HPLC.MEHTOD:The measurement conditions used are as follows: Kromasil C 18 column; mobile phase: 60 mmol /L potassium dihydrogen phosphate methanol acetonitrile (9∶1∶0 5); flow rate 1 ml/min; wavelength for measurement 274 nm. The linear ranges were 99 4μg/ml( r =0 9998) for dihydralazine sulfate,and 80 0 0～400 0 μg/ml ( r =0 9999) for hydrochlorothiazide.RESULT:The recovery rates for dihydralazine sulfate and hydrochlorothiazide were 99 64% and 100 38% respectively and RSD were all not more than 0 5%.
