碘伏治疗耳真菌病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察碘伏治疗耳真菌病的临床疗效。方法用碘伏棉条留置于患侧外耳道治疗,并与对照组进行对比。结果治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(X2检验,P<0.01)。结论碘伏治疗耳真菌病疗效显著。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of iodine soiution to treat oto-mycosis. Methods All patients in treating group were treated with iodine cotton filled into the external canal, then, the therapeutic effect of this group was compared with that of controlling one. Results The differences of the therapeutic effect between 2 group were statistically significant with significantly higher effective rate in treating group than in controlling one(X2 = 6.71,P <0.01). Conclusion Iodine soiution is very effective for the treatment of otomycosis.
