摘　　要：目的探讨川芎嗪对弥漫性轴索损伤 (DAI)的治疗作用。方法 4 2例DAI患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组除常规治疗加用川芎嗪 ,对照组仅常规治疗。结果两组在伤后影像学及预后方面均有显著性差异。结论伤后早期应用川芎嗪能明显促进挫伤及出血灶的吸收 。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ligustrazine on diffuse axonal injury(DAI). Methods 42 cases of DAI were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were given ligustrazine besides routine therapy while the control group were only treated routinly.Results There was significant difference in postinjury imaging and prognosis between the two groups. Conclusion After injury, the early application of ligustrazine obviously contributes to the absorption of bleeding site and the improvement of contusion as well as the prognosis of DAI.
