摘 要:目的 :为了把握病房护士长队伍的现状 ,为护理管理继续教育工作提供依据。方法 :以北京市 8所三级甲等医院的 2 31位病房护士长为对象 ,对她们的个人专业概况、管理和管理进修、培训经历等进行了调查和分析。结果 :病房护士长的年龄在31~ 5 0岁之间者占 88.3%。 11年以上护龄者占 86 .6 % ,大专学历者占 6 4 .1%。管理年限≤ 10年者占 76 .2 % ,有管理培训史者占 79.7%。结论 :病房护士长的管理工作具体而繁杂 ,脑力与体力并重 ,要适应日益增长的社会需求必须不断学习科学管理知识。进一步加强对护理管理者的岗位培训 ,是护理管理、护理教育部门的迫切任务。Objective:To describe the current status among the head nurses to provide the basic information for the nursing administration continuing education. Method:The samples coving 231 head nurses in 8 top-three-degree hospitals were selected. The questionnaire included professional information, administration experience and study, training experience and so on. Results:88.3% of the head nurses were at the age of 31 to 50 years old, and 86.6% of them had the professional experience more than 11 years. In addition, 64.1% of them had associate bachelor degree and 76.2% had the administration experience less than 10 years, 79.7% experienced administration training. Conclusion:The head nurses should study further administration knowledge to meet the increasing social needs due to the complex work. It was urgent necessary to provide the position training for the head nurses by the department of nursing administration and education. Author’s address Beijing Hospital, Beijing 100730, China
