摘　　要：建立在护理部直接领导监督下的护士长负责、主管护师督查指导、护师巡查指导的三级督查制度。在落实三级督查制度的实践中 ,形成了人人都是管理者 ,人人又都是被管理者 ,既调动了大家的积极性 ,又能自觉地约束自己的言行 ,从而使护理质量、护理技能、护士行为等逐步纳入规范化的管理轨道。Objective: The purpose of the study was to improve standard management and insure nursing safety. Method: Some rules were established to lead and inspect directly by the Nursing Department. They included head nurse responsibility, senior nurse inspect, nurse going around for inspection. Conclusion: Based on nursing inspection, a situation was formed to improve people’s activity and self-control, which was that everyone was an inspector and being inspected. The standard management rules were involved in the nursing quality, the nursing technology and the nurse’s actions. Author’s address Chengdu Military General Hospital, Chengdu 610083, China
