摘　　要：以乙酸和丁醇生成乙酸丁酯为例,用ASPEN PLUS和HYSYS软件对反应性蒸馏进行计算机模拟。在相同的质量平衡和反应装置的条件下,计算机模拟的结果与中试实验结果一致。In this article, computer simulation of reactive distillation using ASPEN PLUS and HYSYS software is discussed. An example of reaction of acetic acid and 1-butanol is given. The same mass balance in the apparatus is used to compare the adequacy of chosen simulation systems. The results of computer simulation have been found in agreement with pilot plant experimental data.
