摘 要:研究了土培条件下硼对 2个不同硼效率棉花品种花器官不同部位 (苞叶、花萼、花冠、雄蕊、雌蕊 )硼、铜、锌、铁、锰营养的影响。结果表明 ,缺硼导致 2个棉花品种花器官不同部位硼含量和累积量均明显降低 ,铜、锌、锰、铁含量和累积量一般也有降低趋势 ,但变化幅度不及硼大。 2个棉花品种互相比较 ,缺硼引起的硼高效品种雄蕊和雌蕊中硼、铜、锌含量及 5种微量元素累积量的降低幅度均小于低效品种 ,而苞叶中上述养分累积量的降低幅度却大于低效品种 ,其它部位养分变化无一致规律。说明在缺硼环境中 ,高效品种的雌蕊和雄蕊较低效品种能获得较多的微量元素营养 ,这可能是高效品种对缺硼适应性的一种表现。Several microelements content and accumulation in the different parts of floral organ of two cotton cultivars with different boron efficiency were studied in soil culture under the condition of boron deficiency and sufficiency. Boron content and accumulation in all parts of cotton floral organs such as bracteal leaf, calyx, corolla, stamen, pistil were obviously decreased by boron deficiency. In general, there was a downward trend in the content and accumulation of Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe in all parts of cotton floral organ under B deficiency, but their degree of reduction was less than those of B. When boron was deficiency, the reducing degree of B, Cu, Zn concentration and B, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn accumulation in the stamen and pistil of boron efficient cotton cultivar was less than those of boron inefficient one, but the increasing tendency was displayed in the accumulation of all of 5 microelements in the bracteal leaf. These suggested the stamen and pistil of the boron efficient cotton cultivar could get more trace nutrients than boron inefficient one under low boron condition, in which might resulted that B efficient cultivar grew better. Those was probably because of the different efficiency of uptaking, transportation, distribution or redistribution between two cultivars.
