摘  要:通过XRD相分析 ,SEM显微结构参数和磁性、密度与力学性能测试 ,探讨了两相WC Co硬质合金的断裂韧性KIC、抗弯强度σTRS、维氏硬度HV、比矫顽磁力HSC间及其同γ粘结相平均自由程λγ 间的定量实验关系。结果表明 ,随λγ 改变 ,KIC和σTRS与HV和HSC间具有反向相关的变化规律。提出了用磁性和密度测定值无损鉴定WCThe quantitative experimental relationships of the fracture toughness K IC , the vickers hardness HV, the transverse rupture strength σ TRS with the specific coercive force H SC and of these properties with the γ phase mean free path λ γ for two phase WC Co cemented carbides were deduced by means of XRD phase analysis, SEM micro structure parameter measurement and magnetism, density and mechanical property testing. The result shows, that the relation of K IC and σ TRS with HV and H SC is opposite interrelationship as altering λ γ. The nondestructive principle for detecting composition and microstructure paramenter and evaluating mechanical property of two phase WC Co cemented carbides by density and magentism was proposed.
