摘 要:染化废水污染物种类多,毒性大、化学需氧量,ρ(CODcr)高,且大部分是生物难降解的污染物质,严重污染环境;利用铁炭在水中发生的微电解过程可有效去除染料生产废水的色度和化学需氧量ρ(CODcr),同时提高污水的后续可生化性.试验结果表明,微电解处理效果受填料组成、pH值、停留时间和混凝曝气等因素的影响;废水经过微电解处理后,ρ(CODcr)和色度分别从2 000 mg/L和2 048下降为860 mg/L和256,去除率可高达56%和75%;采用微电解-混凝法出水与采用单纯的石灰乳中和混凝沉淀法出水相比,ρ(CODcr)降低22.5%,可生化性提高18%.Various waste water from dye-stuffy could badly pollute environment with their high toxicity and p(CODCr). The iron-carbon internal electrolysis in waste water may effectively eliminate the color of the waste water from dyed-stuff production, improve the result of the subsequent biochemical treatment of the waste water and has a certain effect on the removal of p(CODcr). Testing results show that treatment effect is influenced by filling constitutes, pH, settle time and coagulation aeration. After the treatment by internal electrolysis, the removal rate of the inlet dye-stuff waste water from 2 000 mg/L p(CODcr) and degree color 2 048 may reach 56% and 75% to 860 mg/L and 256. The result of the treatment of p(CODcr) by this process is more than 22. 5%, better than that by only using the process of lime milk neutralization coagulation and sedimentation. , and biodegradability has been improved from 16% up to 34%.
