摘  要:本文根据凝结时间、水化热、混凝土力学性能和耐久性等试验,说明了YJ-3缓凝高效减水剂可较大幅度地延缓混凝土的凝结时间,具有较高的减水增强效果并改善和易性、降低水化热、减少收缩的作用。经宝钢、首钢等实际工程应用表明,YJ-3缓凝高效减水剂可改善混凝土的可泵性,提高混凝土的抗裂能力,并具有坍落度损失小,对水泥适应性好等优点。By the tests of setting time,hydration heat, concrete mechanics property and durability etc., thepaper shows that the YJ-3 retarding high efficience water reducer can greatly retard the concrete set-ting time and has the effects of good water reducing, strengthening and improving its workability, lowe-ring its hydration heat and shrinkage. Engineering practices in Baoshan Iron & Steel Complex andShaodu Iron & Steel Company show that the YJ-3 retarding high efficience water reducer can alsoimprove the concrete pumpability, strengthen concrete anti-crack ability and has the advantage of little slump loss, good cement adaptability.
