摘　　要：目的了解2013年柳州市低档涉性娱乐场所嫖客人群的艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)相关知识、行为及艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV),梅毒的感染状况,为制定艾滋病性病防治策略提供科学理论依据。方法选择柳州市路边店、出租屋和街头等低档涉性娱乐场所的嫖客人群进行问卷调查,并采集静脉血样进行HIV和梅毒的血清学检测。结果共调查207名低档娱乐场所嫖客,其AIDS相关知识知晓率为46.4%,最近一年发生商业性行为坚持使用安全套的比例为10.4%,HIV阳性感染率为1.93%,梅毒的阳性感染率为13.53%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,艾滋病知识的知晓是柳州市低档娱乐场所嫖客人群发生商业性行为坚持使用安全套的保护因素。结论柳州市低档涉性娱乐场所嫖客人群艾滋病知识知晓率和商业性行为中安全套坚持使用率均较低,处于感染艾滋病性病的高风险中,需要制定针对性的干预策略,遏制艾滋病经性传播途径由高危人群向一般人群的蔓延。Objective To know the status of human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) related knowledge awareness of risk behaviors and HIV infection among commercial sex clients in low-class establishments in Liuzhou city,and provide scientific evidence for the development of AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among commercial sex clients and blood samples were taken to detect the antibodies to HIV and treponema pallidum. Results A total of 207 commercial sex clients were surveyed. The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was46. 4%. The persistent condom use rate in commercial sexing was 10. 4% in the past year. The positive rate of HIV antibody was 1. 93%,and the positive rate of syphilis antibody was 13. 53%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the awareness of AIDS related knowledge were protective factors of persistent condom use in commercial sex in the past year. Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge and the persistent condom use are both low among commercial sex clients in the sexual places investigated in Liuzhou city,where the high risk behavior of HIV infection is high.Specific intervention measurements are needed to prevent the spread of AIDS through sexual transmission from the high risk group to the general group.
