摘　　要：目的为了科学估计女性性工作者相关高危行为的敏感问题特征,为制定艾滋病性病预防控制措施提供准确可靠的数据。方法于2011年5月~2011年7月,采用整群抽样下随机应答技术,对四川省西昌市404名女性性工作者,进行了横断面调查研究。结果西昌市女性性工作者平均年龄为(25.9±6.2)岁;85.6%专职从事性服务工作;最近一个月平均性服务次数为(39.1±4.5)次;93.5%在性服务过程中一直全程使用安全套;57.0%同意卖淫合法化;最近一年从未进行性病和艾滋病检测的比例分别为70.1%和55.7%。结论西昌市女性性工作者几乎都是专职从事商业性性服务,且性服务次数频繁,未进行艾滋病、性病检测比例高,需加强健康教育和采取有力预防措施。Objective To get information of high risk sexual behaviors to which the female sex workers( FSWs)are susceptible. Methods From May,2011 to July,2011,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 404 FSWs in Xichang city with the application of randomized response technique( RRT). Results The average age of FSWs recruited was( 25. 9 ± 6. 2),85. 6% of them did not had other jobs. The average time of commercial sexing in the recent month was( 39. 1 ± 4. 5). 93. 5% used condoms during commercial sexing all the time. 57. 0% supported that commercial sexing should be legal. 55. 7% and 70. 1% had never been tested for human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) and other sexual transmitted diseases,respectively. Conclusions The results showed that majority of the local FSWs did not have other jobs and the frequency of commercial sexing in one month remains high. Although most of them use condoms,the test rates of HIV and other sexual transmitted diseases are quite low.
