摘  要:该文分析了四角切圆燃烧锅炉的技术优势和存在的问题,论述了炉膛出口烟窗的烟气速度和温度偏差的成因以及对锅炉运行的危害。用燃烧过程三维全模拟软件对大唐公司托克托电厂的HG-2008/17.5-YM锅炉进行了4个工况的三维全模拟计算,得到了不同工况条件下的炉内烟温及烟速的分布。对炉膛出口烟窗的速度和温度偏差的具体情况进行了定量分析,并结合运行实绩,提出了减小和控制偏差的措施,以期对四角切圆燃烧锅炉的设计和运行提供有益的指导。The paper analyzes the technical advantages and problems of the tangentially-fired boiler, the causes of gas temperature and velocity deviation in furnace exit and its harm to the operation of boiler are also explained. By utilizing a three-dimensional fully simulated software for the burning process of the boiler which is developed by ourselves, the three-dimensional fully simulated calculation for the HG-2008/17.5-YM type of boiler in Tuoketuo power plant of datang corporation is performed under four different operation cases, the distributions of gas temperature and velocity inside furnace under different cases are calculated. After quantitatively analyzing the specific conditions of gas temperature and velocity deviation in furnace exit and considering the results of practical operation at the same time, the paper suggests some measures to reduce and control the deviation in order to provide useful guidelines for the design and operation of tangentially-fired boiler.
