摘 要:梁柱T形钢连接节点通过螺栓和T形钢把钢框架中的梁柱连接在一起,构造简单、受力明确、抗震性能优越,是一种刚劲的半刚性连接方式,但普通梁柱T形钢连接节点应用于高层建筑中仍存在刚度、强度不足的问题。通过试验和有限元数值模拟研究了普通梁柱T形钢连接节点的力学性能,从该节点的最薄弱部位着手,探讨了加强上部T形钢构造的六种方案:腹板增设一排抗剪螺栓、腹板与翼缘间设加劲肋、增加翼缘及腹板宽度、增加翼缘及腹板宽度同时增加翼缘横向螺栓数量、梁腹板与柱之间增设单腹板和双腹板连接角钢。数值分析结果表明,以上六种方案均能直接或间接地提高节点的弹性极限、初始刚度和极限承载力,但对最终的破坏模式影响较小。最后针对T形钢连接节点的构造加强方式提出了一些建议。Steel beam-to-column T-stub connections,which connects steel beams and columns in steel frame together through bolts and T-stub,is a kind of semi-rigid strong connection form with simple details,definite mechanical ways and well seismic performance. But the ordinary steel beam-to-column T-stub connections used in high-rise buildings still have problems of insufficient stiffness and strength. The mechanical properties of the steel beam-to-column T-stub connections were studied through the test and finite element numerical simulation. The weakest part of the connection was focused and six schemes to strengthen upper T-stub details were discussed,including a row of shear bolts additionally provided in the web,stiffener arranged between the flange and web,increase of the width of the flange and web,increase of transverse bolts of the flange and web,and additionally provided connected angle steel on one side or both sides of the beam web to connect the column. The numerical analysis results show that the above six schemes can directly or indirectly improve the elastic limit,initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the connection,but has little effect on the final failure mode.Finally some suggestions on structural strengthening method of T-stub connections were given.
