摘 要:本文以某水下动力装置的改性双基推进剂为基础配方,通过改变弹道稳定剂含量和粒度,并结合不同Al粉粒径,研究在不同组分粒径的条件下,推进剂燃烧性能的变化规律。试验研究表明,在原配方中加入Al2O3和SiC后,推进剂燃速降低,并随着Al2O3含量的增加,燃速下降的幅度越大,对推进剂燃烧性能的影响从低压区向高压区转移;加入SiC的推进剂配方燃速下降的幅度变小,配方的燃速下降,主要影响低压强区域压力指数。同时,增加Al粉粒径,推进剂燃速降低,并在不同的弹道稳定剂作用下,改性双基推进剂的燃烧规律不同。In this paper,the modified double base propellant applied in the area of the underwater equipment was studied.Based on the modified double base propellant formula,changing the ballistic stabilizer content and particle size,and combined with different Al powder particle size,discuss the change of the propellant combustion performance combustion under the condition of different components.The experimental study showed that the propellant burning rate is reduced with increasing of the content of Al2 O3 and SiC.And the greater the amplitude of burning rate declined with the increase of the content.In the low pressure area,propellant formula of burning rate decline range smaller after SiC was added.The burning rate declined with the increase of the particle size of Al powder.The combustion performance of modified double base propellant was results on comprehensive factor function both different Al particle size and ballistic stabilizer.
