摘 要:光温敏核不育水稻育性转换起点温度漂移是影响育性稳定性的主要因素之一 .光温敏核不育系遗传异质性是产生温度漂移的基本原因 ,水稻对光温条件的适应性和遗传漂变可能是诱发温度漂移的机制之一 .通过阐述核心种子法、花培在稳定光温敏核不育系、防止温度漂移上的作用 ,进一步展望了分子生物技术的应用和化学物质辅助育性转化等问题 .The drift of critical temperature inducing male sterility of fertility alteration of Photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTSGMS) line is one of most important factors that influence sterility stability. The genetic heterogeneity of PTSGMS lines is the fundamental cause inducing temperature drift. Additionally the adaptability to some ecological conditions such as day length and temperature and the genetic drift of rice may be some basic mechanisms of temperature drift. The effects of core seed method and anther culture for stabilizing PTSGMS lines and preventing temperature drift were expounded. The applications of molecular biotechnology for identification and some chemicals for fertility alteration were discussed.
