摘 要:目的 探讨高脂血症和高同型半胱氨酸血症对家兔动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。方法 将动物随机分组 ,对照组 (6只家兔 )饲以普通饲料 ,模型组 (10只家兔 )在普通饲料中添加胆固醇、猪油和甲硫氨酸制作动脉粥样硬化模型。分别于第 4周、第 8周取血 ,测相关血清指标。第 8周末处死动物 ,制作主动脉病理标本。结果 在第 4周末与对照组相比 ,模型组血清内皮素显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,6-酮前列腺素F1α与血栓素B2 的比值显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。第 8周末 ,模型组血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇及同型半胱氨酸浓度均较对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。模型组主动脉内膜有程度不同的粥样病变 ,对照组未发现类似变化。结论 高脂血症和高同型半胱氨酸血症促进家兔动脉粥样硬化的发生 。Objective To investigate the effects of hyperlipidemia and hyperhomocysteinemia on the development of atherosclerosis.Method The animals were randomized as control(6 rabbits) group and model group(10 rabbits). The control group were fed on common food, while the model group were fed on the common one together with cholesterol, lard and methionine in order to establish the model of atherosclerosis. Blood was taken in the 4th and 8th week respectively to determine associated index of serum. At the end of the 8th week, the animals were put to death to establish pathological models of aorta.Result At the end of the 4th week,the endothelin in the serum of the model group was much higher(P<0.05) and the ratio of 6-keto-prostaglindin F 1α to thromboxame B 2 was much lower compared with the control group(P<0.01). At the end of the 8th week, the concentration of triglyceride, total cholesterol and homocysteine in the serum of the model group increased rapidly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The aorta endothelium of the model group had atherosclerosis to varing degrees, while the control group had no changes. Conclusion Combined use of hyperlipidemia and hyperhomocysteinemia have synergism in the development of atherosclerosis in rabbits.
