摘　　要：[目的]了解畲族妇女生殖健康状况及其影响因素。[方法]于2000年7～9月对7 367例畲族妇女进行病史询问、妇科检查(包括乳房、阴道分泌物检查及宫颈刮片细胞学检查)。[结果]受检者妇科病的检出率63.2％,依次为生殖系统炎症82.4％、乳腺疾病8.0％、损伤性疾病3.3％、外阴白色病变及其他疾病5.1％、生殖系统肿瘤1.2％。[结论]畲族妇女存在的生殖健康问题较多,其影响因素主要是缺乏科学的预防保健知识。[Objective] To survey the reproductive health status and the influence factors in She Nationality women. [Methods] The survey for 7 367 women was carried out from July to September in 2000, inquiring disease history, taking gynecological examination (including the mamma, the vaginal secretion and cytology examination of vaginal cervical scraping smear). [Results] The positive rate of the gynecological disease is 63.2%. The rate of inflammation of the reproductive system, galactophore disease, trauma disease, vulva white lesion and reproductive system tumour is 82. 4% , 8. 0% , 3. 3%, 5. 1% and 1. 2% respectively. [Conclusions] The reproductive health problems are serious in the She Nationality women. The main influence factor is short of the scientific preventive skills and health knowledge.
