氨氯地平与苯那普利对高血压病心、肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察用氨氯地平和苯那普利长期治疗高血压病对靶器官的影响。方法　将 86例高血压病人随机分为两组 ,分别服用氨氯地平和苯那普利 ,观察 1年。除连续监测血压外 ,于治疗前后分别利用超声心动图检查有关左室肥厚的各项指标及肾功能。结果　经 1年治疗 ,两组患者血压持续稳定在较低水平 ,左室质量指数、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度均显著减小 (P <0 .0 1) ,苯那普利组左室舒张末期内径也显著减小 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组患者 2 4小时尿蛋白显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,上述各项指标在两组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To evaluate the effect of Amlodipine and Benazepril long-term on target organs in essential hypertension(EH).Methods 86 cases with EH were divided randomly into two groups: Amlodipine group and Benazepril one.Therapeutic period lasted for one year. Besides continuously monitoring the blood pressures,we examined ultrasonic cardiography pre-and post- therapeuticly for the parameters of left ventricular hypertrophy and renal function.Results After one year of treatment, the blood pressures of the two groups were maintained steadily at lower level.Left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and the thickness of interventricular septum and posterior wall were significantly decreased(P<0.01).But for the patients treated with Benazepril,the internal diameter of left ventricle was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Urinary albumin excretion mg/24h fell much more than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).The above parameters did not change significantly between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The data indicate that long-term treatment with Amlodipine or Benazepril has beneficial effect on target organs in EH patients.
