股浅静脉戴戒术治疗下肢原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全64例

摘　　要：目的　探讨股浅静脉戴戒术的手术疗效。方法　应用此术式治疗下肢原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全 64例 (共 82条患肢 )。结果　随访 5 4例 ,随访时间 1～ 7a,平均 4a。症状全部消失 5 2例 ,占 96.2 9% ;4例溃疡于出院时已愈合。 1例下午或傍晚有酸沉感 ,轻度下肢水肿 ,但不影响日常工作 ;1例半年后复查下肢水肿明显 ,溃疡仍未愈合。全部病例术后均未并发下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论　该术式操作简便 ,疗效满意 ,并发症少 。Objectives To discuss the surgical effect of femoral superficial vein ring operation.Methods Sixty four cases(82 diseased human legs) of primary lower extremity deep vein valve insufficiency (PDVI) had been treated by femoral superficial vein ring operation.Results Followed up for 1～7 years(an average 4 years).Fully recovered from PDVI in 52 patients(96.25%); 4 cases with ulcer faded from the skin of legs when discharged from hospital; one case felt aching pain in the leg in the afternoon or evening with light edema of lower extremity, but no interference with his daily job; one case still had obvious edema of lower extremity after 6 month of the operation, and the ulcer on the skin did not recover. No lower extremity deep venous thrombosis happened after the operation in all the patients.Conclusion This therapy is easily manipulated with the satisfactory efficacy but less complications, which is easily to be popularized.
