愈疡液治疗大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察愈疡液对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法　用免疫学方法制备溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型 ,模型鼠随机分为 3组 ,每组 16只 ,分别予以愈疡液 (愈疡液组 )、柳氮磺胺吡啶 (SASP组 )、生理盐水 (NS组 )治疗 ,同时设立正常对照组 10只。治疗两周后处死大鼠。做结肠粘膜病理学检查以及SOD活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量测定。结果　病理结果显示 ,愈疡液组治疗的模型动物病情明显改善 ,疗效优于SASP组 (P <0 .0 5 )。愈疡液组SOD活性明显高于其它组 (P <0 .0 1) ;SASP组与NS组和正常组相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。愈疡液组MDA含量明显低于其它组 (P <0 .0 1) ;SASP组MDA含量明显低于NS组(P <0 .0 1)而与正常组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　愈疡液对大鼠实验性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著 。Objectives To observe the effect of YuYang Liquid(YYL) for the model of experimental ulcerative colitis(UC) of rats and to probe the theropeutic mechanism of YYL.Methods The UC model of rats were made by using immunological method.All UC rats models were randomly divided into three groups, A ?B and C. They received traditional YYL(A),salicylazosulfapyridine(SASP,B) and normal sailine(NS,C).There were 16 rats of each group. The same time normal group(D)in 10 rats was established. They were executed after being administered herbs two weeks. Mucosal SOD activity and MDA content and histopathology were assessed.Results The efficacy of the rats in group A was better than that of group B ? C(P<0.05).The content of SOD value in group A heigher than that of other groups(P<0.01).Difference of SOD value was not found between group B and group C?D(P>0.05). The MDA contents in A group were lower than that group B and C group ,and then MDA contents were lower than that of NS group and not different compared with normao rats.Conclusion YuYang Liquid has a curative effect on UC treatment. The mechanism of the medicine is achieved possibly through improving SOD activities within intestinal mucosa.
