黄龙舒喘颗粒对哮喘豚鼠血浆溶血血小板激活因子(Lyso-PAF)的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄龙舒喘颗粒对哮喘豚鼠血浆溶血血小板激活因子的影响。方法:用10%卵清蛋白行豚鼠腹腔注射,2w后用1%卵清蛋白雾化吸入,每d1次,连续5d。同时,分别用生理盐水、抵克立得、黄龙舒喘颗粒干预。取动脉血测定Lyso-PAF的含量。结果:生理盐水组Lyso-PAF为(89.59±6.96)ng/ml,抵克立得组Lyso-PAF为(60.20±2.18)ng/ml,黄龙舒喘颗粒组Lyso-PAF为(70.78±2.50)ng/ml。三者比较,P<0.01。Objective:To explore the influence of Huangl on gshuchuan particles on hemolytic pl atelet acti-vating factor in plasma of ast hma gui nea pigs.Methods:First,inject 10%ovalbumin into abd ominal cavitie s of the asthma guinea pigs.After 2wee ks,aspiration 1%ovalbumin mist once a day for 5days at the same time.Administer N.S,ticrid and Huanglongshuchua n particles,respectively.Then examine the content of Lyso-PAF of arterial bl ood.Results:The content of Lyso-PAF of the N.S.group,the ticrid group and the Huanglongshuchuan particles group are(89.59±6.96)ng/ml ,(6 0.20±2.18)ng/ml and(70.78±2.50)ng/ml ,respectively.T here are distinct di fference among them(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huanglongsh uchuan particles can significantly decrea se the content of Lyso-PAF of Asthma g uinea pig model.
