胃术后胃无力症35例临床观察与治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨胃术后胃无力症的病因和治疗。方法　对 1997年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 6月 475例胃切除术后发生胃无力症的 35例病人进行病因和治疗观察分析。结果　胃切除术后胃无力症以精神因素为主 ,以高龄者居多(中位年龄 6 6 5岁 ) ,治疗上尚无肯定的有效办法 ,适当的刺激病人呕吐可能有利于本病的恢复。结论　胃切除术后胃无力症的发生是由综合因素引起 ,精神因素和高龄可能为主要因素 ,治疗上应消除病人紧张情绪加强营养支持 (空肠内置管行肠内营养 ) ,目前尚无哪种药物对该病有肯定的效果 ,适当的刺激病人呕吐可能有利于病人的恢复。Objective To study the cause and clinical treatment of the gastric atony after stomach operation. Methods Study the cause of disease and the clinical treatment of 30 patients with gastric atony after gastrectomy,410 patients with gastric cancer who underwent gastrectomy from 1997 January to 2002 January in our hospital were studied.Results It was showed that the psychic factor was the main inducement of the gastric atony after operation,occurred in the patients with advanced age most commonly,and average age was 66.5 years. There had not affirmative valid way to treat yet, appropriately artificial vomitting maybe benefit to the patients.Conclusion The gastric atony after operation result from the comprehesive factor, the psychic factor and the advanced age maybe the two main factors.And effective treatment must include diminishing the patient's nervous stress and nutrition support (enteral nutrition).No medicine were found to cure the disease effectively, appropriately artificial vomitting may be benefit to the patients.
