生物反馈疗法对银屑病患者血管紧张素水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的　通过检测银屑病患者生物反馈治疗前后血管紧张素 水平 ,探讨生物反馈疗法治疗银屑病的可能机制。　方法　采用 1 2 5I均相竞争放射免疫法。　结果　 30例银屑病患者血浆血管紧张素 水平与正常对照组相比明显低下 ,即银屑病患者血浆血管紧张素 水平的均值为 38.7ng/ L,低于以年龄、性别基本配对的 2 4例正常对照组的水平 (86 .99ng/ L) ,P<0 .0 1,具有极显著性差异 ;经生物反馈治疗两个月、资料完整者 10例病人治疗后血浆血管紧张素 水平的均值为 6 2 .2 4 ng/L,P<0 .0 5 ,具有显著性差异。　结论　生物反馈治疗可提高银屑病患者血浆血管紧张素 水平。Objective To explore the feasibility of biofeedback therapy for psoriatic patients and to determine the level of blood plasma angiotensin Ⅱ in psoriatic patients both before and after biofeedback treatment. Methods The 125 I equalized competition radiation immunization analysis(RIA) was used. Results The levels of blood plasma angiotensin Ⅱ in 30 psoriatic patients were much lower than those of the normal controls in this study. The level of blood plasma angiotensin Ⅱ in psoriatic patients was 38.7 ng/L, and the mean value of the normal contrast group was 86.99 ng/L, there being a significant difference. In addition, We had determined the angiotensin Ⅱ level of 10 psoriatic patients out of the 30, who received continued biofeedback therapy more than 3 months, and got the result that their angiotensin Ⅱ lever was 62.24 ng/L, which was significantly improved as compared with that before the treatment in psoriatic patients, and the difference was significant. Conclusion The biofeedback therapy may improve the level of angiotensin Ⅱ in psoriatic patients.
