摘　　要：目的 :探讨关节松动术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的生物力学作用。方法 :实验组采用关节松动术、理疗(超短波、中频电疗 )配合腰椎牵引进行治疗 ;对照组采用理疗 (超短波、中频电疗 )配合腰椎牵引进行治疗。结果 :实验组腰椎功能治疗后评分和改善指数明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论Objective:To study the biomechanical effect of the joint mobilization on the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion.Methods:Joint mobilization,physiotherapy (ultrasonic wave and intermediate frequency electrotherapy)and lumbar vertebra traction were applied in the trail group patients,while the control patients were treated with physiotherapy(ultrasonic wave and intermediate frequency electrotherapy)and lumbar vertebra traction.Results:The post-treatment lumbar vertebra functional scores and improvement indexes of the trail group patients are distinctively higher than the control( P <0 01).Conclusions:Joint mobilization has good effect in terms of the biomechanical function on treating lumbar disc protrusion.
