复方皂矾丸治疗再生障碍性贫血的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨复方皂矾丸治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法 :用前瞻性随机对照研究的方法将纳入研究的病例随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,分别用康力龙加复方皂矾丸和用康力龙加再障生血片治疗 ,随访观察疗效。结果 :治疗组基本治愈 5例、缓解 9例、明显进步 11例 ,总有效率 83 3% ,明显高于对照组的 2 9 6 % (两组比较有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :复方皂矾丸加康力龙治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效好 ,复方皂矾丸本身无明显毒副作用 。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of compound Zaofan pill on aplastic anemia(AA).Method:A randomiaed control study,the eligible subjects was randomly divided into two groups was given in study group while,and control group was given Zaizhangshengxue tabellae and methylstanazol.Results:The 5 cure cases,9 remission cases,and 11 obvious improve cases in research group with a total effective rate of 83 3% show a significant difference compared to the effective rate of 29 6% in control group( P <0 001).Conclusion:The treatment way of combined compound Zaofan pill with methylstanazol on AA showed a good curative effect was observed.
