摘　　要：结合同三国道主干线拉林河至长春高速公路土地复垦的设计与施工 ,从保护环境、合理利用土地资源及可持续发展的角度 ,论述了公路建设项目中土地遭到破坏的原因 ,提出了土地复垦。According to the environmental protection and continued development for land resources, the reasons of disrupting land in highway construction projects are discussed, conecting with the design and construction for land to reture to be cultivated of Lalinhe to Changchun Expressway. The ideas and ways of both land and vegetation to be recovered are put forward.
