摘　　要：文章以“复合图书馆”这一新理念的产生和提出为契机 ,力图开发出传统文献资源与数字化信息资源集成管理与服务的机制与界面 ,建立一种全新的复合型图书馆模式。为此 ,作者提出了加强信息资源整合、拓展服务方式、进行业务机构重组、优化人员配置的发展策略。Taking advantage of the coming and proposing of the new concept of 'compound library',the article tries to develop the mechanism and interface of integrated administration and service between traditional document resources and digital information resources,construct a brand new compound library pattern,and proposes the new idea and conception of reinforcing the integration of information resources,widening ways of service,reconstructing service construction and optimizing staff deployment.
