摘　　要：外文期刊利用率偏低是高校图书馆存在的一个共通性问题。本文通过原因的查找 ,结合笔者工作中的体会 。The relatively low utilization rate of the foreign periodicals is one of the common problems among universities.This paper proposed possible solutions based on the reasons and the authors' working experiences.
